Directions for use:

• Recommended amount: 1 capsule a day, preferably between meals. In case of a sensitive digestive system, with a meal.

Warning:

• While using the product, avoid simultaneous use of medications and other products containing sulfites (e.g. some injections, eye drops, asthma medications), as these may reduce the effect of vitamin B1.
• Do not combine with other high-dose B-vitamin products unless recommended by a professional.
• Consuming dietary supplements is not a substitute for a balanced, varied, mixed diet and a healthy lifestyle.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
• Keep the product out of the reach of children, in a dry, cool, dark place.
• If you are allergic or hypersensitive to any of the product's ingredients, do not use the product!
• It is strongly recommended to take dietary supplements separately from coffee! It is best to take them at least half an hour before drinking coffee, or at least 2 hours after.
